Job Description
Responsible for the entire gamut of HR functions which includes Manpower planning, Recruitment, Employee bonding activities, Career progression planning, Performance management and retention strategies etc.
Responsible for business structuring & Organization development.
Responsible for Interacting with Labour union ,negotiation and settlement of justified demands in consultation with Management.
Assist/support/consult, in order to smooth operation of liaison office.
Prepare employment agreement, company rules/regulations, Computation of staff salary, allowance, legal welfare in accordance with relevant law/regulation
Responsible for structuring and formulation of HR handbook keeping in mind the organization and the Labour Laws of India.
Vendor Management, Contract Management.
Formulate company system and documents etc

Salary:INR 6,50,000 - 9,50,000 P.A. As per Industry Norms
