Opening with Accenture for Customer Support / Sr. Customer Support Executive position (Voice process)


Location: Chennai

Salary offered: Best in the industry

Responsibilities:
The agent should have good customer service skill with neutral accent, should have knowledge of basic troubleshooting. The agent should have the ability to use the applications and tools appropriately, and should login for a schedule of 9 hrs. The agent needs to meet the specified by the client by exceeding the client and corporate expectation on service, quality and cost. This needs to be followed with delighting their customers and work in conjunction with the Accenture global BPO delivery centre network.

Specifications:
Good Communication Skill (Verbal and written communication).
Open to work in New Zealand shift timings. (Night Shift)
Should be a graduate (no standing arrears)
Should have proper relieving letter from the companies worked earlier.
