Experience:

Position 1: 0 - 2 years of experience
Position 2: 3 - 6 years of experience

Location: Chennai

We are looking for the following candidates:
a) Person with prior experience in recruitment
b) A person with experience in a different field and chooses to shift to HR Recruitment

Role:

At People First we focus on Middle and Senior Level Hiring

* Client interfacing
* Understanding client requirements and forming strategies to attract right talent
* Sourcing Candidates
* Evaluating against high delivery standards
* Presenting profiles to clients
* Interviews and offer coordination
* Ensuring of high ethical and quality standards
